Some operating codes to ensure the safety of the building hoist

Safety should put in the first place in any occasion, of course, operate the building hoist should also put safe in the first place. You must be strictly in accordance with the relevant guidelines for the operation, and fully protect the safety of building hoist in order to avoid the factors that are not conducive to the safety production. 

Before starting the building hoist, you must check the relevant cable and the device. Such as the ground wire, cable should be intact, the control switch should in zero position. When turned on the building hoist, you check whether the voltage is normal, and test whether the limit device, ladder cage doors, fencing doors and other electrical interlock device is good, reliable and so on.

If the starting is normal, you can enter the empty building hoist and test it, which is to further test the performance of the machine drive and brake. You can put it into use if the tests of building hoist can up to the standard.

It is important to bear in mind that when the building hoist is loaded work for the first time, it must rise from the lowest level and is strictly from top to bottom. Secondly, when the building hoist ladder cage lifted from the ground 1 to 2 meters, you should stop it to test the reliability of the brake. You should repair the brake timely if it is not normal.

In order to ensure safety, building hoists are not only forbid overloaded, but also make the load evenly distributed to prevent the emphasis. Besides, the operator should be in close cooperation with the command staff, and they shall not leave the operating position. Once there is a abnormal condition of building hoist, they should immediately stop and inspect it. It can continue to run when the trouble is cleared. 

The safety of the building hoists will also be affected by the environment, so if there is heavy rain, fog or more than six winds, you should stop running it and drive the ladder cage down to the bottom, then cut off the power. When the bad weather is passed, you should make a complete inspection about equipment to ensure safety.
